Job Description

Group Support/Compliance Manager 
Location: Surrey - North, South West and South London
Salary: £48,000 + dependent on experience, qualifications etc


We are looking for a Group Support Manager for our client who has a small Home Care service and Nursing/Residential homes across North-Surrey, South-West Surrey and South London.


The ideal person will be someone who has been a Registered Manager and is experienced in both Home Care and Nursing/Residential care of older people. 


You will be required to support specific areas of improvement work in the services, undertake internal compliance inspections and step into a management role when there are vacancies whilst positions are recruited to, however, these do not come up often with this company.


Skills/Qualifications:
Level 5 in Leadership in Health & Social Care, RMA or similar qualification.
Must have experience of achieving a minimum of a good rating in the past two years.
Must have a full driving license.
