A new opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a small, well-established care group who deliver the highest quality care to the elderly in luxurious settings. This home is in Slough and comes with a generous salary and fantastic working environment.

As a Home Manager you will be at the forefront of improving the lives of elderly people living in residential care.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day home management, to include leading staff teams, managing budgets, marketing and promoting quality person-centred care is delivered in line with minimum care standards.

Experience required for this Nursing Home Manager post:

  • 2 years experience in Home Management
  • Proven track record in delivering good CQC outcomes
  • Nurse Qualified (RGN / RMN / RNMH)
  • Level 5 Management Qualification (or working towards)
  • A good working knowledge and passion for working with the elderly
