Senior HR Advisor
NW London
4 days per week
Salary £28,000-£30,500

12 Month FTC

A position has become available for a Senior HR Advisor to join the head office of a business in North West London.

Key Responsibilities will include the following:
* Ensuring that the HR systems are kept up to date
* To be responsible for recruitment budgeting and to report quarterly on successes of cost/advertising/agency spend
* To ensure the recruitment process is followed by all managers
* To carry out all pre-employment checks
* To ensure job descriptions are up to date and ensure all probation meetings are carried out
* To ensure all new starters are inducted to company standards
* To ensure all company policies and staff books are up to date in line with employment law
* To look after employee relations
* To monitor staff absences and ensure all managers are up to date on policies and procedures
* To carry out payroll investigations
* To oversee pay grade changes
* Preparation of management information
* To complete ad hoc project work

The successful HR Advisor will have previous experience of working in a HR Advisor or ER role for at least 3 years. You will have a CIPD qualification and a degree (or equivalent). You will be a motivated team player with experience of working in a demanding HR position.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. The salary for the Senior HR Advisor is between £28,000 and £30,500 for working 4 days per week (30 hours).
