An exciting new opportunity for a Care Manager to establish and lead a brand new region under a strong existing business.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality driven Registered Manager who has the skill and passion to promote excellence in care delivery; plus the business acumen to grow and promote the service.


Salary: Circa £35,000


Location:  Crosby


Requirements to apply for the role of Registered Care Manager:


Qualified or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
A proven track record in the Management of a Domiciliary Care Service / Care at Home Service.
A good understanding of CQC regulations.
Strong computer skills with experience using Homecare Management Software.
Substantial experience in managing people within a similar environment.
Proven business development skills specific to the Homecare / Domiciliary Care sector.
Additionally, experience within a new start up would be advantageous.
