Here we have a lovely new job opportunity for a well respected care provider. They are seeking a Care Services Manager to run one of their homes in Grantham.
The home is a 50 + bed site so would suit someone who has managed a smaller service and is looking to progress.
The home is at full capacity with self-funding residential and dementia residents.

Setting: Care Home (without nursing)

Salary: £27,300 - negotiable upon experience

Parking: Ample free parking on site

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire

Job Description / Responsibilities for the Care Services Manager:

  • Working closely with the care team striving for outstanding care at all times
  • Working to CQC guidelines and key lines of enquiry (KLOES)
  • Maintaining a professional approach with staff, families, professionals alike
  • Oversea and maintain high standards of care
  • Motivate and lead your team


Professional Qualities / Requirements for the Care Services Manager:

  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and willing to work towards diploma Level 4 or 5 or equivalent registered manager award.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
