Deputy Residential Home Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our clients residential home in Chigwell.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy looking for a career change or an experienced Senior with leadership experience looking to step up. This friendly home offers quality 24-hour residential care for persons aged 65 and over including long term, respite and postoperative care and are experts in Dementia care.


You will assist the Home Manager in the everyday running of the home.


Experience/Qualifications:
  • Previous Management/Supervisory experience
  • A passion for providing quality care to the Elderly
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong motivational skills
  • Able to show support and direction to other care staff
  • Able to complete and update care plans
  • Exceptional communication skills in order to support the residents and their families
