Job Description

As a Peripatetic Clinical Services Manager you will be based in a Nursing Home in Clydebank plus covering across a small number of homes in the local area.  
The purpose of this role is to cover absence of fellow Clinical Leads / Deputy Nurse Managers as the business demands, thus avoiding agency use and ensuring consistency of company standards and for the continuity for residents.


Salary: £37,000 per annum + additional travel expenses


Location: West Dunbartonshire, local to the towns of Clydebank / Dalmuir / Renfrew / Paisley


Job Description / Responsibilities for a Peripatetic Clinical Services Manager:


Working closely with the Registered Managers striving for outstanding care at all times
Excellent team work and leadership skills
Maintaining a professional approach with staff, families, professionals alike
Oversea and maintain excellent clinical performance
Motivate and lead a team of Nurses and Carers and contribute to their ongoing professional development
Perform direct nursing duties as required


Professional Qualities / Requirements for a Peripatetic Clinical Services Manager:


Registered General Nurse/Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
Current NMC registration.
A clear understanding of CQC standards/ legislation
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
