Franchise Training Manager
Basic to 40k

An opportunity has arisen for a Franchise Training Manager to join a leading Homecare company in Worthing. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will continuously work towards delivering the highest level of training to the franchise network to ensure full support is given.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* To train all new franchisees and franchise staff on systems and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
* To roll out any new training across the franchise network
* To be responsible for any new legislation
* To also be responsible for training all company owned offices
* To have a training schedule for all staff across the network and company owned offices
* To attend all management meetings
* To create innovative training

The suitable Franchise Training Manager will ideally have worked in a similar role with a Domiciliary Home Care company and be a confident and professional individual who can pass their expert knowledge to the network.

The basic salary is up to £40,000. Most training is delivered in Worthing but there may be occasions where you will need to visit offices across the country so please expect some nationwide travel. Please apply today for immediate consideration.
